01 — Intro

30-minute call.

You tell us what you've shipped. We tell you who we are. No whiteboard, no trick questions.

02 — Craft

Paid take-home.

A small, realistic piece of work. 4 – 6 hours of your time. We pay your day rate for it.

03 — Team

Pairing session.

Walk through your work with two of us. We argue about decisions, not syntax.

04 — Offer

Decision in a week.

From first call to offer, normally 10 working days. Yes or no, always with reasons.
